The hotel was clean and the location was perfectly comfortable and decent to national parks. The room I booked was air-conditioned and reasonably large, complete with a large bathroom, waffles, microwave. The personal was attentive.

Came in Reedley to relax and have fun, this small hotel was convenient base for doing it. I really enjoyed a nice restaurant with a Japanese menu.

Best base for exploring Reedley. Small hotel, terrific for visiting national park. Handy location; helpful and attentive staff. The swim-up bar onsite.

Location - decent, just next door to Sequoia national parks and Kelly's Beach and the King river. Air-conditioned and huge room, with climate control, multi-channel TV, and a microwave oven.

Our queen room was recently renovated and new-fashioned with very comfy beds. We had TV set, a microwave, and a fridge plus a spacious bathroom.

loved my recent stay in reedley! the staff at the inn were so friendly and helpful, making my stay a pleasure. the clean swimming pool was perfect for a refreshing dip in the hot weather. the air conditioning was efficient and kept me cool. would definitely recommend!

The pool was very nice, clean, and the patio furniture was nice and new.

My blanket had a large hole in it. The bathroom was run down, but clean. The maids worked next to the stairs and were throwing bedding over the second floor railings into baskets on the first floor, nearly hitting guests in the head with sheets that were walking down the stairs. They were very sweet and friendly, I just thought throwing the bedding like that was kind of strange.

The hotel with very nicely furnished rooms, in a peaceful area, right next to the river. Comfortable and handy location, within short walking distance to everywhere. Real good stay on road trip.

We were visiting relatives and this was a great location and we were able to bring our dog. Esther, at the front counter was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

The staff were friendly and helpful, good breakfast, easy room access, close to national parks, favorable upgrade.

Family suite was very nice and roomy

One of the bedrooms was adjacent to the lobby/breakfast area, and the television and loud conversations caused us to wake up at a very early hour.

One word: perfect. The staff was unbelivably kind, the room vas very clean and the whole experience was very nice, specially for the price. We needed a place where to sleep for one night, but I would recommend this hotel also for longer stays. Definitely would stay here again.

it is a little bit difficult to find, my GPS drove me a couple of blocks away, but anyways it is easy to see it.
